Hi, we are a new addition to 'delivery quote' (09-03-16) but not new to the courier business, we have been actively operating for the last 7 years and run a small fleet of LWB vehicles and smaller vehicles and car transporters, we will always give a drivers mobile number when he is 'en route' to you so that you may stay in touch with your personal driver and your goods! All drivers will notify you when they are 30 mins away from your destination both on pick up and delivery, our main priority is Service and punctuality.

| Airstream caravan - can be towed but needs an American sized ball hitch | richardbaileyfarms | I was having trouble getting my airstream transported from Hampshire to Liverpool, after getting in contact with Nick he bought the adapter parts required for the job, transported it to the desired location, on time with no fuss, really impressed after a few other "professional transport companies" let me down, i will definitely be using this guy in the future, if you need an airstream/caravan etc transported, I would recommend him.
Using this guy saved me a lot of hassle and stress

| 1 x Car / SUV: Rolls Royce Silver Spirit | l.parle | I had two quotes for the job I wanted doing (collecting a Rolls Royce from Bristol and delivering to London) and went with the higher expecting a good level of service. Whilst they were friendly and polite, they let me down on the first arranged day of recovery. This was frustrating as people had taken time off work, but not the end of the world. Recovery was then confirmed for the following day so swiftly sorted out. The big issue I had was the wrong recovery truck was sent out for the job and the car ended up being damaged in two places. The truck had a high-level winch (rather than a low level winch) which meant the front of the car was dented. The truck was also too short so the tailgate knocked on the rear exhausts every time the truck went over a bump. I'd provided the length of the car to them before the job and I wasn't told of any issues, so expected all to be fine. The job was completed, but the car damaged, so I wasn't overly impressed with the end result. Response:I'm disappointed to read this review. The author of this negative feedback booked us but was not there at collection or delivery. His Father saw the car on at collection and noted to my driver that the car had a dent in the front bumper, we delivered it to the final destination where the new owner was so happy with the level of our service that he gave my driver a £20 tip, this is hardly the actions of a disgruntled customer and I am struggling to see how someone can leave this kind of feedback after tipping my driver? Potential customers please read my other feedback to understand that we are a conscientious company who work our socks of to provide a good service. | |
