Terms and Conditions:
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.

For clients wishing to pay by credit or debit card, there is a charge of 2% of the amount payable.

If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.

If a job is cancelled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) 40% cancellation fee will be incurred.

If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £18 per 30 minutes will be charged,

Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.

Please note if you require a 2 man service, please ask us for it.

It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling extra charges will apply

No job will be booked in until you have completed all details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.

It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park or will have to pay for it and get money of the customer, any parking fines will have to be paid by customer.
