Whith regards to our costs, we are one of the few companies in Cornwall, and the UK to operate on a fixed price quote basis and also make costs transparent by publishing our charges. This way, the final bill does not come as a shock to customers.

| TV stand | holdsworth3 | The TV stand I had delivered (6th July) had been scratched. I spent a week with both seller and this transport provider trying to find out who was to blame as both were blaming one another. I eventually believed the seller as he had photos, which I had seen, (so had the provider) showing no marks and in good condition. The provider said the marks were there when he collected but didn’t take any photos (to cover himself as he would do normally) as both the seller and I had told him it was damaged. This was untrue. I certainly never told him it was damaged. If this had been the case, on delivery when I mentioned the marks, he never said “I was told it was damaged”. All he said was” It has been covered with a blanket”. A week ago (16th July) I contacted the provider with my conclusion and to date he has not had the courtesy to reply. I assume he will respond to this quickly. This experience, unfortunately, will make me think twice in the future in using any transport provider. | |
