I warn every one to accept their job.. They gave me appointment 12:30 pm then they texted me massage at the night they want to do it 10:15 I. Called my friend who has my stuff she said okay
Then next day they did not come I called them many times they canceled me .. I called delivery quote to contact with this cheater they have not respond then I got my deposit
I think the deposit must take from both side I my friend cancel her appontment because them she was at home all the day and for me I was waiting .calling , texting
Response:Totally false this person seems absolutely malicious we arrived at this address 3 days in a row to pick up this item the customer would only txt details and not answer their phone and only called us after we had been 3 times 3(days later) we couldn't afford to go again and told the customer that .so we don't understand how this feedback can be left we were out of pocket £40 on diesel for the 3 days and we never changed dates or times we arrived only the customer did. also it was blocks of flats which was not stated in job description but we're happy to do the job thank you kind regards. | |
