Hello there. We are a fully registered and insured small courier business with 100% positive feedback, 100% successful deliveries rate and a First Class customer service. We hope you will choose us to carry out this job, however please read our T&C's below to avoid any miscommunication:


* Help with loading / unloading will be required at both ends with bulky or heavy items as our drivers are working on their own. If help with heavy or bulky items is not available, please do not accept our quote.

* Your goods will be covered in removal blankets and securely strapped in a van as standard. We also provide a professional packaging service as extra if required.

* We have Goods In Transit insurance for up to £10000 and your goods are insured for this amount as standard. If the value of goods is more than £10000, please contact us first before accepting.

* We will give all parties at least 2 days notice regarding collection date and will provide a two hour collection / delivery window at least one day in advance. We can also contact any party on a day to confirm more accurate time of arrival if required.

* Our quote is based on all parties being flexible with collection / delivery day and (or) time unless specified otherwise in the listing. Please contact us first if you require a specific day and (or) time, or if any of the parties involved are not available during certain hours or days.

* Our turnaround might be up to 10 working days during busy periods, however we will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Please contact us first before accepting our quote if 10 working days is too long and your require a specific time frame.

* We will not accept cash on collection and the outstanding balance must be cleared before the scheduled collection day. You can pay by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit / Debit card. We are also able to take the payments over the phone if required. If payment of the full amount is not received before collection, we reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel the job.

* Collections and deliveries will be made 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we are able to provide out of hours service (collection before 08:00 or after 18:00) as extra, depending on collection / delivery location. If you would require such a service, please contact us first to check availability.

* Our office opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we are always happy to help and answer any questions you might have during these hours. We are not able to answer any phone calls or reply any e-mails after the closing time.

* Our quote is based on collection and delivery being on the Ground Floor. If you require help with taking the item (s) upstairs or to any other location other than on a Ground Floor, please let us know in advance so that we could adjust our quote accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel the job or to increase the price if collection / delivery location is not on the Ground Floor.

* Each driver is allocated a specific amount of time to carry out the job, which is usually around 10 minutes per collection / delivery. More time will be allowed for jobs involving multiple or extra large / bulky items. All waiting time will be charged at £10.00 for 15 minutes. We also reserve the right to cancel the job if there is no one at collection / delivery address at the time mutually agreed in advance between all parties.

* Our quote is based on dimensions and (or) weight provided where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust our quote accordingly or to cancel the job if item dimensions and (or) weight are not as originally stated. We will contact you to discuss before making any adjustments or cancellations.

* Full refund will be issued for the jobs which are cancelled or can not be completed. We are not able to refund the deposit paid to the website.
