I can confirm that I will definitely be exchanging and completing on the sale and purchase of my house tomorrow morning.
I hope to get keys to my new house at about 11.30am.

A 2 seater sofa with the legs already removed for easier transit

Downstairs:
2x 2 seater sofas with the legs already removed for easier transit
1x small light weight arm chair & footstool IKEA
A folding gated legged small dining table and 4 x dining chairs.
A second folding dining table.
2x glass small coffee tables
2x over fire place hanging mirrors
10 x hanging pictures with glass in frames
1x side board 40x50x180cm (it has no legs)
1x wooden coffee table
1x Woden tv cabinet
1x low level wooden cabinet 70w x 40d x 50h cm

Medium sized fridge freezer

Plus lots of cardboard boxes with the usual stuff in that you would except in a house move.

5 few suitcases full of clothes.
