Just to confirm I've exchanged contracts today on the Cambridge house I'm asking you to deliver to on Sat, and I should have the keys tomorrow.

I've spoken to my ex at the Cardiff (collection) property (also called Tom!) He will be there to meet you and help you but I won't be there. He says you are welcome to contact him if you need directions, he's on 07793 673 441. He will hopefully make you some tea too.

Please can you advise what time you think you plan to arrive at the property in Cardiff?

I'd also be grateful if you could call me before you set off for Cambridge - and I'll be at the Cambridge property to meet you.
