Question: Hello! Do you need a list of furniture? Here are some more details about the move:

The access to the first property is excellent, with ample off road parking outside the house for the van. We also have patio doors to the garden which should make moving bulkier items easier. The second property is at the end of a cul de sac so access is easy there as well.

The requirements of our move are:
The quote should be based on the assumption that we will not be able to help load/unload the van. Some furniture is currently upstairs and will need carrying down in the current property, and carrying upstairs in the new property.
Our belongings should be insured during transit
We will have boxed everything up in advance

Please also create an add-on quote for the following services, if you offer them:
Wrapping sofa/mattress/sofa bed in something to keep clean during transit
Cost of dismantling any furniture that won't fit down the stairs (all ikea furniture- we have the tool needed)
One passenger riding with you

Question: Hello! All sounds great, I’m happy with that. Can I just check that you will be able to move furniture from upstairs and move it back upstairs in the new place? My partner has recently had knee surgery so cannot do any lifting.
