-Are there any special requirements?
-Are there any time restrictions on the requested date?
-Is the access to both locations easy and clear?
-How many items are there and do any items that require more than one person to manage?

Response: There are not too many bags. One suitcase, two bags with wheels and 2 bags that carry Knick knacks. Only one person is more than enough.

It’s a student moving to new university from current accommodation.

Or pick up on Friday and deliver Sunday morning? Sorry I am trying to give you more time but my child will need to pack everything and give them to you, then head to Edinburgh by train, collect it from you and set up the flat.

Response: Ok I understand, but my child will need all the stuff to set up home. It will be very difficult otherwise as university starts on Monday. Anything you can do to help will be most appreciated.

Response: That might be difficult as needs to handover to you and then take the train to collect it from you. Anf won’t be possible as timings won’t work.

Let me check if it’s ok for you to pick up on Friday and drop on Tuesday.

Response: We will try and make the option work where you collect the bags on Saturday and drop it off on Tuesday. I do have to check what time on Tuesday works best as classes will start. Is that ok?
