Thank you Colin, I should mention Helen in tnt who was in control of the open case for late delivery stated “tnt never guarantee a delivery date for overseas and when customs are involved as anything could happen”. Therefore they would not be able to charge extra for a guaranteed delivery as it can’t be done, apparently, the service was a two day service so should have been there by Friday /Monday at the latest.
I believe you have asked the questions why the paperwork was inadequate when they new it was going to the states also why was nothing done until the Monday.
Let me know once they’ve replied.
