I can confirm that I'll be getting the keys to the new house on Friday, so if I can move the bits from Liverpool on Monday or Tuesday that would be great.
I also have a couple more items to add to the listing (apologies I didn't realise these weren't included, I don't have dimensions unfortunately). I have a very large guinea pig cage and also a dishwasher.
There's also a handful of small boxes, these can be transported by car, but if you are able to take them too that would be great. If you can let me know if this will be a problem also which day it would work better for you - I have no preference.

Question: Hi, Tuesday pick-up, Wednesday delivery, will that be good? I wish to confirm inventory with you because listing does not really explain what you need moved, it says "Wardrobe, draws" and there are 3 items listed with measures but does not name them. And about adding the pig cage, will this be flat packed? We can take the boxes too but will need to confirm that with you in advance so we can keep enough space into the van for all your goods on collection date. Please also advise if 2 men will be required from me or not, and if the goods go from and to the ground floors only or any stairs/floors are involved at any ends? Looking forward to your reply! Response: Hi Aaron,

Yes Tues/Weds is fine, or if you can do it in one day that would be OK too.
There is one wardrobe (the largest item), we will endeavour to take it apart as much as possible but it is still likely to be heavy and will need carrying down from the first floor and kindly up to the bedroom at the other end. My Dad would normally help but he has done his back, so if you are able to bring someone it is a two-person job and is the reason we're looking for help rather than just hiring a van.
The two chests of draws are much lighter, one could easily be carried by one person, the other just due to it's size probably needs two sets of hands. We can bring these downstairs ourselves.
The guinea pig cage can't be flat packed and I was hoping it could go built as it will be very awkward to even attempt to take apart. Again due to it's size it will need two people - again we can bring it to the van.
I'm happy to leave the boxes if it doesn't suit, as mentioned we can take some bits in the car, as I don't yet know exactly how many and what size will be coming.

Question: How large is the cage please? Just give me rough measures of this. So that will be 1st floor pick-up and 1st floor delivery for the wardrobe only, then cage, draws and washing machine will be just ground to ground floor move? did I get that right? - arrows (05-11-2019)

Response: I've looked on the sellers website and it's 194 (l) x 61(w) x 112 (h).

Yes, if you can help us take the wardrobe up and downstairs that would be great. If you're able to help with the other bits taking them to the bedroom I'd be grateful, but we can manage.

Question: We charge 15 ponds per floor whenever need to take goods up or down, that's the point. Do you know if the seller will do any packing to the cage, like film wrapping? We will have other jobs into the van too, pieces of furniture, sofas..... and do not want any complaints from the other customers that their goods smell... - arrows (05-11-2019)

Response: The cage will be cleaned and wrapped with plastic sheets.

The extra charge of £15 for1st floor pick-up and 1st floor delivery for the wardrobe is acceptable.
