Response: Hello, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, was out of service on my phone most of the day. The sofa needs to be collected Mon/Tues/Wed next week (5th/6th/7th) but we need a time for collection as it’s in an empty house and they need to get over there. Can you do that and if so how much?

Response: Hi, just to confirm, price of £120 is to pick up next Tuesday 6th November from Warrington and deliver on Wednesday 7th November to Upper Rissington with someone to help load and unload at either end? And you’ll be able to confirm a time slot for Tuesday the day before as the seller won’t be at the address and needs notice to get there?

Neither collection nor delivery can be done in the morning because we are not local, they both will be afternoon/late afternoon and we will contact both parties a day before and provide an exact 3 hours ETA when to expect us.
