Hi just so you are aware it’s not a ground floor move! Flat is on second floor but there is a lift and chairs will go in that!! Is that ok?

Question: We are charging 15 ponds per floor, no matter if there is a lift or not, the time involved matters, we can still do 15 pounds extra for 2nd floor pick-up or if you have the possibility to take these downstairs by the time we arrive? Response: No can’t move downstairs so when you arrive go into lift and the right once I let you in and go to second floor
