Thanks for the reply. I’ve just emailed to ask if help would be available at the delivery end. The batteries come off the chair which then makes it 34/35 kg & the 2 batteries each weighing 11/12 kg can be loaded separately if that’s any use? Does it matter that I don’t have a box?

Thank you for the quick reply. I have carried and loaded llarger units than this one so should not be a problem.
Quite happy to load and carry the batteries detatched. Again secured separately.
I would think with the batteries off it’s almost a 1 man load so no worries

Response: Hi ya yeh sorry I’ve not got back to you. Had trouble getting hold of buyer then had very busy day at work. So the wheelchair is ok to go folded but not boxed. I have bubble wrap or do u put blanket round? Also buy said they r not home fri afternoon so can it be delivered to place of work postcode DN21 1SW?

I’ve now paid the deposit & told the buyer the balance is to be paid cash (£50.15) on delivery.
When you arrive go to main reception & a couple of male staff will help unload & put into a car
