Response: Regular quite thick. It has been brought to us via delivery as well but it happened before that the other company broke one of our new fridges and we had problems with them taking responsibility for that. That's why I ask if you have any policy which covers that if it's damaged by courier.

Question: If the item is not packed properly for delivery my insurance will not pay out if anything breaks. So as long as it is wrapped up properly you will be fine - mick-the-courier (26-02-2017)
