Response: Thank you. The person I'm collecting the sofa from is now saying it will be very difficult for her any time after 1.30pm. Is there any way you could collect by then? The time and day of delivery to Nottingham is flexible but pick up less so.

Response: Yes, Isabel - 07506645167. She said she could make a later time work at a push but has back to back meetings so asked for you to share expected timeframe with her and ideally collect by 1.30pm. Thank you.

Hi the seller has called me, she is very stressed nit knowing when you will arrive and asked for a number to contact you on please. She has suggested Thurs before 1pm as an alternative. I will need to cancel if she doesn't have a clear sense of when you are coming.
