Thank you for enabling me to bid on your job. I operate using a lovely Mercedes Luton van and my main priority is to ensure your items get from A to B in perfect condition. I have all blankets and straps to ensure your items are fully taken care of. If the worst were to happen your goods are insured by my Goods in Transit insurance of up to £50,000.

I usually work alone but will supply a two-person team if your job has requested one. The way I work means that I will always give a date that the job will be done at the time of bidding. If you accept my bid I will get in contact with you asap and will then also be in contact again 1 to 2 days before the date of the job with a 2 hour expected collection and delivery time slot.

Question: Hi.
I’m very interested in hiring you to take the table and chairs to Bedford.
I just have to make sure someone is at the other end.
I think I’ll have to take the table top off, to get it through their front door.
I’ll wrap the glass top to keep it safe.
What time you you collect the table etc from my house in Witney?

Thanks for your interest in my quote.
I would let you know a two hour time slot on Wednesday ready for Thursday collection but to give you an idea based on what my day looks like so far I would say collection would be mid to late morning.

If this Thursday is the only time,....Can you carry it all into the garden through their front door, as her very pregnant daughter (due around the 10th), can be there, but obviously not be able to help.

I’m afraid it would have to be this Thursday but I would have no problem carrying it through for them.
As with the collection time, I would let you know an expected two hour slot for delivery the day before but it would be in the afternoon sometime.
