Which day will this be ready for Collection and are there any time restrictions?

I'm just getting a quote so I can get back to a possible client. If they go ahead with the sale I can then know a more definite date. Also how much would it be to deliver to the same area (Tamworth) but for a table that measures 210cm (L), 135cm (W), 25cm (D) please?
