| 1 x Van: Citroen Relay | WARNING AVOID a2bdispute accepted my job for transported then wanted to change it to driven. He also called and asked this the day before we agreed which I declined as we agreed transported for the following day which he said he could still do. I asked him for time for collection which he never gave a straight answer to. The next day (the agreed day of collection) I had to contact him to find out what was going on regarding transport which I had no reply to until after mid day and possibly only because I messaged on here in the end to get hold of him. In the text message he sent he said because of bad weather in wales his truck was stuck so again could not transport as agreed but wait for it could drive it which I knew was coming been here before with company’s as I’m a dispute company my self and in the trade well aware of the tactics some use. Anyways few hours back and forward with texts I agree to him to drive the van to Glasgow he then demands that I have to tax and insure the van? Wait what? That’s what trade plates are for? Yes BUT I don’t have them on me bla bla bla more excuses from that second forward I started my research on this guy and his company wow what can I say I’m glad with experience in the trade my alarm bells started ringing. I have worked very hard over the years to work my client base up single handed and this guy has just gone and upset one of my clients due to prearranged keys been left in safe place as seller was leaving for working away from home he has cause a lot of stress and worry if the vehicle would be safe as he now knows all details of said vehicle that he has now stated he will not be transporting at all even later in the week! This situation has been that bad I have got my full deposit refund already by the website after sharing all messages from myself and this joke of a company also the fact the website is well aware I’m a good customer on here sending vehicles all around the uk with very little issues just the odd chancers! I also have another jobs posted on here and he was bidding on them same time he was ignoring my messages regarding this job and he was also offering to collect same day that he was ment to be collecting the one that was booked in. I get company’s have more than 1 driver but that’s not the case with this cowboy just do your research first people. You can message back with any excuses as you like Steven but your most certainly not a professional transporting company in this trade it’s the likes of you we want rid of cutting corners left right and centre and it’s us big company’s who pay the price when it all goes wrong! | |
