Booking With FOW

We are a freight Forwarding company as well as a man in a van service.

We specialize in domestic and worldwide shipping.

From a small box, to 40ft HC container we have you covered by Air, Road and Sea.

We are a Limited company and once booked with us will give you access to see our website to get to know us a bit better.

Little bit of the more important Terms.

Insurance of goods is upto the Value of £50.
If you require further cover we can do this using our Insurance brokers who quote per item or Invoice.

Failed collections or Deliveries
if we have a said a time or a date (regardless of whether the notice has been read or not) and the driver is unable to complete the collection or delivery then an additional £30 will be charged for the transport.

Payment
We use a system called Quick books or Bank transfer. Payments are preferred upfront unless you have an account with us (which is 1 or more shipments).

If you wish to pay using any other method then this must be done prior to delivery.

Quotes
Quotes are subject to accurate Dims and Weights by the customer and time frame of 8am and 5pm unless discussed, if not charges will apply unless otherwise agreed.

We Reserve the right to cancel any shipment that doesnt meet the Criteria.

Question: Hello so i see you guys do air freight perfect. I have a production thats estimated to be finished by the end of February. Im doing Amazon FBA so in terms of the shipping labels what do you need from me? I wanna do ddp - (29-01-2022)

Yeah we sure do and happy to quote on that, DDP is also no problem all we need is commercial invoice and will invoice you when we get the bill.

If you send the labels to us via email. We van sort all that out for you.
