Many thanks for taking the time to submit a bid. I'm still waiting to hear back from the seller about when I can have the item uplifted, and I'll get back to you then. It's a sewing machine, in a polished walnut table. Do you think you can carry it safely? It's not fragile exactly, but it will take careful handling. I hope you don't mind me asking, but I'd rather make sure you're ok with it at this stage, rather than waste your time. It's only worth around £100, but hugely sentimental, so I really don't want it damaged. Can you help?

She wants to wait until it clears to ship (fair enough) so I'll give you a shout next week if that's ok? I wonder, could you let me have a date (or dates, if you're flexible) for collection please? Also, when would yo be able to deliver? I work flexible hours, so with a bit of notice I can usually be here, but I might need to get someone to wait in for the delivery, depending on when you'll be coming. I don't want to waste your time with a missed delivery slot

Thanks, I've let my seller know that you're picking up on Wednesday morning, and she's arranged to be in for that.
Please can you let me know when you'll be delivering? I will need to make arrangements for someone to be here to take delivery and pay you, as I work full time. Alternatively, perhaps you could leave the item in our greenhouse and I can paypal the balance of your fee to you if you can't let me have a delivery time? I don't want to waste your time and appreciate that you might not be able to be too flexible in timings if you're driving back down south.
