We are fully insured for hire and reward carriage of:

With our specialist equipment, we have a carrying capacity of over 2.5t and a high power winch system for loading of none running vehicles.

We have £100k insurance cover on EACH vehicle or trailer and all accompanying items also covered.

We use state of the art wheel straps that make contact with ONLY the tyres of your vehicle. Guaranteed to keep your wheels in perfect order.

We do not transfer to other carriers mid-route.
We do not sub-contract to other drivers or companies.

Question: Hi, Thanks for your quote. Will you please confirm that £282 is the total that it will cost and explain what the site deposit is and is that included in the 282.

Response: The site deposit is included in the £282. The site deposit is usually 20% charged as a finders fee by delivery quote which is the payed when a quote is accepted. Where as the remaining balance is settled by bank transfer once the job is completed. Meaning the £282 is the total cost

Are you allowed to transport during lock downs. We are hoping to finalise things with the car tomorrow but there is no great rush to get it here. - (29-10-2020)

Response: Yes we can transport during lockdown due to the nature of the job. We do not come in to contact with people as such and we have put the appropriate resources in place to reduce the risk.

Question: Everything is now sorted out with the car. The sellers are retired and are at home most of the time and just need to be told when you can collect and they will be there. Likewise we are here all the time so we are happy to fit in with whenever you can deliver.

My apologies for the lateness of the email, also sincere apologies for not getting in touch with yourself and the seller. Ian has been having major mechanical issues that he has been trying to sort and it was something things which were beyond our control.
Ian is going to contact the seller tomorrow, we are currently on catch up with our workload and we are aiming to collect the vehicle on Monday next week at around lunchtime. However Ian will speak to the seller to finalise the time with them tomorrow all being well.

Is there any chance that you have a number for Roger, we were going to contact Roger however we don't appear to have a contact number for him anywhere?
We are aiming to do collect the vehicle between 12.00 and 14.00 on Monday, however, we don't have a contact number to confirm this, Ian also likes phone the collection to make them aware that he is only an hour away.
If you could let us know his number ian will give him a call tomorrow to sort things out.
