Response: Ah okay, is there some question then over whether its possible this week? Ive left the people at absolute vw with the van for a while now, and dont want to stretch their patience. Are we able to set a date atm? Thanks.

Question: Hiya ok I have my truck back, my availability is thursday only PM Collection and delivery is this OK, will someone or two people be at drop off site to assist with the vehicle?

Response: Thursday is great. Yes there are a few ppl at site and can give you some numbers for opening the gate etc, usually enough to give a van a push if necessary. Should i book through the insite process or do you prefer some other method?
