Response: Hello Mike, thanks for your email. I just wanted to confirm weather you have a van equipped to transport bikes, ie. with a lift or ramp plus secure strapping inside etc.

Question: Hi, Please do not worry, the item will be handled with care. We have blankets to cover the items during the transportation and straps to fix the items and it is in our interest for items to arrive the same condition as they were collected.
We have a storage where items are being securely kept.
We have insurance up to 25000. And yes, we have a Luton van with tail lift and there will be ramps. We accept cash (on collection/delivery), card payment over the phone or bank transfer (after collection, but before delivery). We can collect your order on 11th and deliver it on 12th. Or to collect on 14th and deliver it on 15th. go ahead and accept us. Our manager will contact both sides a day before collection and delivery to confirm 3 hours window time slot of arrival.
