Question: Hi Karen, we are insured for motor vehicles in transit, the site does require us to show that we have the relevant insurance before we are allowed on the site, we have never had an accident or claim as we take great care with our customer cars and bikes, we have been doing this now 50 years and Terry is EX AA/RAC so he is fully qualified and experienced in vehicle recovery, in the unlikely event of an accident we would start the process with the insurance company, your car will be transported on a brand new Brian James Trailer and we have all the right equipment to transport your car safely, although we are new to this site have done over 3000 cars and bikes all over Europe, I hope this will ease your mind and your car will be in safe hands, we have a good reputation to uphold , Regards Susanne - hdbuell (22-08-2019)
