Response: Hi, thank you for getting back to me, yes all inclusive there is no hidden fees unless on the day the car needs to be winched onto the trailer but you stated its operational so I quoted you on the information provided. I have availability from 19th and onwards, what day would you like?

Response: No problem just let me know when you know what is happening. It's electric 5 ton winch and the extra charge is for the time spent setting up the winch and hooking up to vehicle and also goes towards maintenance of the winch if that makes sense and answered your question?
