We are transport company based in UK. We can handle all kinds of cargo from small loads to house removals. We also acting agents for many parcel carriers.
PLEASE NOTE: From 1st Jan 2021 we are fully BREXIT COMPLIANCE with custom agent in UK and EUROPE there are additional custom charges to be paid by customers and are excluded from final bid accepted by the customer. This is new law as UK is not part of EU anymore.
Our vans are 22 cbm with 1000 kg capacity PER VAN. If your listing is say 10 cbm of space we allow up to 450kg for part load. Cash on delivery can be accepted subject to agreement. Please note all bid are excluded of custom charges from 1st Jan 2021. Storage and packaging facilities available subject to booking in advance. Our drivers will assist with loading and unloading. Entrusted goods fully insured (Courier, Haulage, hire and reward, goods in transit and public liability insurance). Please note antiques are not insured so pls arrange separate cover. Also unpackaged or poorly packed furniture is not covered.
All damages must be advised on delivery and marked on the delivery note otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. All fines due to overweight vans etc to be paid by the customer. Bids
expires when listing ends. Please note extra charge will be added to final bill if job is located within CONGESTION CHARGE ZONE

| Storage Move | markj.frisby | Very poor customer service and not helped by a very obvious language barrier in what is a very stressful time for most people. Takes too long to respond to queries/questions even after customer follow up and expects its customers to experts in weights, measures and customs requirements. Did not accurately define the removals request and confirm the inventory of items even when offered a complete packing list months ago. Ultimately a tiresome, frustrating waste of time resulting in last minute cancellations and search for a more professional company more understanding of customers service and customs requirements. I have clearly explained in my emails about max capacity for 3.5t van. We did not get any information from your side from the beginning stating at least estimate weight of items. | A underground water pipe | gary-106 | arrived in a ford transit for a 6 metre 0.95 diameter pipe and was surprised he could not get it on a transit. Response:Hi Gary, 6m pipe would fit diagonally as our IVECO DAILY is big enough. You mentioned that 2 men is required after accepting our bid there was nothing about 2 men required on job sheet. Also we have been told that pipe is approx 30 kg and it was approx 350 kg at least. Regards Chris | |
