Thank you for coming back to me. The pick up is a storage place in Grantham on the first floor, up one flight of stairs and the unit is just approx. 3 meters off the stairs. One can park right outside. Delivery in London is in a basement, so one flight of stairs down, easy access.

I am still not in a position to confirm the move. The father of Sanjai, the person who has to deal with it is critically ill, and I think Sanjai had to fly out to Pakistan again, so communication has been pretty much non existent.

I know this doesn't help you and I would suggest that perhaps the best thing for me to do is to pass the reference number on to Sanjai to deal with the move when he is in a position to do so.

Please let me know if that is okay or if there is another way to handle it that suits you better.
