Question: Hi, we have a lift in our building and shouldn't need any furniture dismantled. Are you available on 18/12/17? - (10-12-2017) Response: Hi, yes we are available on the 18th however that will be somewhere in the afternoon because we are not local. Let me know please what floor is the pick-up address and will the stuff go to ground floor on the delivery property or upstairs? Will all the furniture fit into the lift? Are the beds and wardrobes already dismantled? Please advise! Aaron - (11-12-2017) Question: What is the earliest time you can begin loading? We need to be out of the apartment by 1pm at the latest. As previously mentioned, any furniture will already be dismantled and should all fit in the lift. It is a townhouse that we will be moving to so all furniture would need to be moved to the first and second floors but the washing machine and boxes can be left on the ground floor of the new house. Please advise what time you can begin as we can choose someone more local if it's not possible to have the apartment cleared by 1pm. - (11-12-2017) Response: The earliest we can be there, is 10am, if no traffic. The latest at 11am. Will there be someone to help our driver with loading and unloading or 2 men team will be required? - (11-12-2017) Question: I think that a 2 man team would be best for speed's sake. My husband and I will be able to help but the more hands we have, the faster we can clear the rooms. - (11-12-2017) Response: Ok, 2 men team and stairs involved in collection and delivery will be 30ponds. We will need an answer as soon as possible because it's peak season and our availability changes almost every hour. Actually Monday is our day off however due to big amount of inquiries this period of year, we will work on Monday too and since have the 18th still available, let us know if we shall keep this day free for your move or not.
