Response: We would like to move on the morning of Nov 5th from Faversham, Kent to Hatfield, Hertfordshire. We have a washing machine, double bed, wardrobe, two bookshelves, a table and two chair as well as all our personal belongings. It it hard to estimate how many boxes and bags this will be. We live in a small 1-bedroom/studio type flat. Would you carry out a home visit?

Question: Hi,
Sorry but we are not working on Sundays. At the moment we have a free window and can book you for Friday 3rd or Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th. Please advise when is more convenient for you. Also, do you need a 2 man team from our end or there will be assistance available to help us with heavy items?

Monday 6th would be good as an alternative to Sunday. There will also be assistance available to help with heavy items (my husband!).

Question: Perfect, then we can go ahead with 1 driver, delivery in the same day. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window that works for all parts. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us straight away, otherwise other clients will bok us for other direction.
