Further information: Can we get some dimensions?

Question: 187cm long Height 50cm and width 50cm 600kg. There is a forklift at the collection but at the delivery you would need something to unload (pump truck or trolly etc), would this be possible? - (15-03-2021)

Question: Hi yes of course - the trough measures 180cm x 50cm x 50cm.

There is a fork lift at the collection end to help load, but no machinery at the delivery as it's just a domestic house.

I think it's very heavy and awkward indeed and probably weighs about 625kg. - (15-03-2021)

Question: Hi, there is a very small step of approx 3cm from the floor into the garden, and the width of the gate is 117 cm so not 6ft unfortunately. do you think there's a way to get it through on an angle?

I've taken some pictures of the access, but am not sure how to upload them - I'll keep trying!

Response: The step doesn't sounds like much of a problem. The gate will be though, if its palleted we may be able to go in lengthways. If not it might be best to deliver curbside, as that's all most insurances cover too, and maybe you get some help from somebody? - (15-03-2021)

Question: Hi, I think I may be able to get it palleted as the lady who's selling it has offered a forklift to get it onto the vehicle - its just whether we an get it into the garden after that.

If I can get it on a pallet, do think this might be possible?

It appears there is 2 of them? Not sure how a pallet truck will do on the cobbles, and the stones look like they'll hinder too, I'm going to ask a colleague and come back to you.

I'd clear the path of all obstructions so it would be a clear run up, but totally understand if its too much of a logistical nightmare. Thanks so much for looking into it for me - I really appreciate your patience.
