Question: Hi there I have an duty exemption as their personal effects so I can provide the number for you. The goods are clothing, shoes, bags, shoe making tools and shoe lasts, baking equipment and then other bits and bobs such as books spread across 5 x boxes. They're due to be on a Middle Eastern airline flight this Wednesday -I'm still waiting on the exact information though I'm afraid. And as you've received exemption, i suppose this is the ToR document you've applied for. We will need three things from you to complete the job:

- Mast Air Waybill Number
- ToR Reference (email copy required later)
- Detailed packing list of your boxes

The Airway bill number I should get tomorrow so I can let you know that then if that's ok? The ToR reference is 1625/19.
There are 4 x boxes standard size as mentioned and then 1 x suitcase (hold size). The boxes are a bit of a jumble of various things but here is a list that covers the contents:
- Clothing- clothing, shoes, bags, accessories
- Books
- Baking equipment - cake tins, cooling racks, cake decorating equipment, cake boxes
- Shoe making things - shoe lasts, shoe hand tools, leather rolls, cork sheeting
