Question: hello. I have tried ringing a number of times as I am really disappointed in the service I am receiving here. We were meant to receive the sofa yesterday and at 8.15 I got a call to say courier held up and he agreed to deliver to us before my husband goes to work at 6am this morning, so we have been up since 5am waiting for him to arrive and he has not showed up and have no phone call or text. I'm worried now about how the sofa is being stored and if its being damaged as has been with you for 2 nights now. I have also been calling you with no reply. I can only apologise about the delay on delivery because of unforeseen reasons, however we are delivering it today. The sofa is not stored, its on the van, Our drivers do long hours on the road and if they feel tired, we encourage them to have rest.

Your booking was not express, it was economy which is why we had the driver go through London for another job.
Please accept my apologies.

Question: hi, no i completely appreciate their need to rest and thats why I was surprised myself that 6am was even an option. I'm more disappointed in the lack of communication from yourselves that's all.

can I just stress again that my husband is not home today so unable to help lift the sofa, i am pregnant so also unable to help lift the sofa, if there are 2 men that can lift it in then that is great.

I will be at work but only around the corner so please could they call me 15 mins before they arrive so i can get home in time?
