I've thought long and hard about this and thought you were a really decent fella so have been reluctant to upset the apple art so to say THe couple you picked the bed up from have shown me pictures that were taken before you picked up the bed were there any other items that were picked up, on the way here that would have caused the mattress to have to be moved as the damage in the mattress is unbelievable. I was in two minds to report it to the courier company but thought I would see what you have to say about it first I've had to buy another bed for the family now and have booked and paid for disposal of the bed its in a disgusting stare And not just on the corner as I first thought ( in the dark ) I am guessing that if the mattress had been manoeuvred so some other item could be put on your van maybe this damage it ... I was blaming them for the damaged corner .. But I noticed but in the light there was much more damage ( I have the pics ) they are wanting to get in touch with the ' courier company ' as they were equally as upset as I was when they saw just how much damage there was ... I'm now very much out of pocket and am in two minds weather to make a claim on your insurance for the damaged mattress and transport costs as well as the cost to replace the goods ... DID SOMEONE ELSE HANDLE THAT MATTRESS between the 7:15 when you left them to the 9:30/40 when you landed here IM Very upset to have to write this mail Simon .. As I was blaming them but they have pics to prove it left them in good condition apart from a tiny dirty mark on the base ... There will be help loading and unloading this end if you return in the evening. .... ( you could even make an Small family trip into Blackpool some evening of it as they
are ' switching the lights on ' very soon I think

That wasn't very clear there will be help loading ... But THE unloading help at this end would be only be available after 5:15 wed or after 7:15 Thurs or after 6:15 Fri
