Question: How flexible is the number of items possible to be transported, as we have yet to pack boxes and there may be a few more in the end? How flexible are delivery dates, as there will be nobody at the delivery location on the 5th June? Ideally delivery could be completed on the weekends or on a Friday, how much more could that cost? - (28-05-2019) Response: Hi, we have Exeter about 1-2 times per week, more often for London direction. We are driving a luton van and would be good to take full van load but the price will be accordingly. If you add 1-3 more boxes, we will be good with that, but need to know in advance as to keep enough space into the van for all your goods. If more than 3 boxes, than extra charge will be applied (depends on how much stuff needs to be moved). 6th and 7th have already been booked in with another directions but weekend delivery will be good with us! Also we are doing ground to ground floor move and charge extra if you need us to take goods downstairs or upstairs. Feel free to message me in case of other questions! Assuming no additional boxes, will this also be able to moved at no additional charge or will this attract additional payment? As regards delivery times, all weekends in June apart from this one coming are available? Is there a minimum period of notice we’d have to give you before the date? Finally, the items would be moved up to a flat with access to a lift, how much will this increase the price? Thanks. - (28-05-2019) Response: We are covering a big part of UK, so yes, will need good notice, our availability changes almost every hour and we might get booked in with another direction on the date you wish delivery. We are working 6 days out of 7 (day off on Mondays), no difference for us whether to collect or deliver in a business day or weekend but that is subject to our availability. We would just prefer that collection is close to the delivery date, thus we do not need to store goods for long time. 1 mirror, 1 floor lamp, 6 boxes and 1 chest of drawers can do for the same quoted price. Ground to ground floor move. If we need to take the goods upstairs, even if it is by lift and everything will fit into the lift, we are charging 20 ponds due to time involved in getting the job completed, rather than doing just ground to ground floor move. - (28-05-2019) Question: Thanks again. Thanks - (29-05-2019) Response: 15th of June delivery and collection a day before would be good with us however they both will be done daytime, afternoon/late afternoon and timeslot will be provided by text message a day before. Plus short notice text message from the drivers before arrival. Yes, the 20 pounds is to take the goods upstairs and providing they fit into the lift. Updating the quote now.
