Response: Hi Aaron. The delivery needs to be done on Friday 5th of April. There is a return job which runs on Monday 8th April too, which I will put up for quotes later.

Question: Hi, my quote includes delivery to the 1st floor and we are available to do the return trip on Monday 8th too.

Question: So there will be 16 boxes, right? Looks like half luton van load or some more. Do you need pick-up on 5th or delivery? I cannot do same day delivery. - arrows (12-03-2019)

Response: Pick up from London on Thursday 4th April is OK, yes we need delivery on Friday 5th April. It's 16 big boxes (each football table comes in 2 boxes), plus 8 small light ones. Please note that the delivery location is up a flight of stairs so I need you to be able to manage that part too. Also note that I have return run of the same boxes, picking up from Bristol on Monday 8th April, which I hope you can do for me too.

Question: Would you have approx weight of total load? 2 men will be good to move one box, am I right? Also any time restriction for pick-up and delivery? Should it be done within working hours? - arrows (12-03-2019)

Response: The large boxes are heavy - 8 of them are about 90kg, the other 8 are about 75kg. The small boxes are easy. No time restriction on pick-up. For the delivery, I will confirm, but likely late morning / early afternoon is preferred.

Question: Hi, ive just seen that you've included the weight of the boxes, please note any 3.5t van would be overweight. We can still do the job but it would need to be done in multiple trips.

Response: 8 boxes x 92kg, 8 boxes x 75kg = 1300kg, then the other incidental boxes don't weigh more than 100kg in total, so total weight is less than 1.5t which is within the limits of a 3.5t van as I understand, right?

Question: Morning time for the delivery would be good with us. But collection would be good for a late afternoon/evening time, so we can get the van emptied for this load. 90 x 8 = 720, 8 x75= 600, total of 1320 kg without small boxes. That will be on luton van with tail lift designed especially for this job (because due to van estimated loading capacity we will not be able to take any order orders too). With 2 men, 1st floor delivery, it would be 450 pounds to be paid to us (with site deposit fee total will be 554). We are not a VAT registered company and you will be paying only the quoted amount and if you need an invoice, we will issue you one for the amount paid to us, less site deposit fee.
