Engines / car parts are only permitted in the network if clean and drained.
This price is based on the sender securing the item(s) to a pallet. The maximum permitted size of the packed pallet for this price is 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.00 metres with a maximum weight of 250kgs.
Full balance payment required in advance of collection.
Both collection and delivery points must be accessible by large truck 18 tonne truck with no weight, parking or other restrictions that prevents collection or delivery on this type of vehicle. We can arrange a 7 ½ tonne truck to collect / deliver if this is more suitable, however this requires more notice and should be advised at the time of booking. If any vehicle we send to collect / deliver, is unable to gain access to the collection / delivery site due to any restrictions whatsoever, we reserve the right to charge a wasted journey charge / re-delivery charge.
Tail lift collections / deliveries will be made to curb side only / drive if accessible (no gravel drives or inclines).
Tail lift collections / deliveries will only be undertaken if it is safe and legal to do so. The maximum weight for the tail lift is strictly 1000kgs. If the driver does not feel it is safe and or legal to collect and / or deliver the pallet using the tail lift, we reserve the right to return the pallet to the local depot (if delivery) or refuse to collect. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for the wasted journey.
