If you didn't provide specific time for pickup/delivery this mean that you are flexible and the job can be done between 7am-10pm.

I just wanted to check that there would be two men, as the piece is very heavy. And would I be able to book a time slot, during work hours, as the person at collection is only available between 9-4pm? Delivery is flexible.

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, there will need to be two people at the pick up. The item is really heavy and it will definitely require two people to lift it and carry it to the luton.
