Response: Pickup in the next day or two, maybe more when I have confirmed with the shop. Delivery whenever convenient, no hurry (but within a couple of weeks).

This is a chair and is not "packed", is it still insured? Another quote told me that their insurance would not cover it unless packed!

Is their anything else I should know before going firm on the booking?

Is this quote firm? I am going now to buy the chair. I don't want to find out after that the price has gone up!

Question: Hello, Please do not worry, the item will be handled with care. We have blankets to cover the items during the transportation and it is in our interest for items to arrive the same condition as they were collected. We have insurance up to 25000.

But it was Proovaria who answered this phone.
I have just tried +441213149848 and got the same message.
It would be nice to know who I am dealing with Steel Trans Ltd or Proovaria?
I shall email proovariaremovals as you suggest.
