Response: So that's me paid the deposit to the website and spoken to my cousin to confirm she is about on Saturday. I have a couple of questions for you. Does she need to bubble wrap the frame and mirror? When will you be able to give us a rough idea of time of collection and delivery?

Sorry, just read through your messages, got the answer to my second question :)

Question: Thank you for accepting us! She can wrap if it is needed. We have blankets to cover the items during the transportation and straps to fix it, as it is in our interes for items to arrive in the same condition as they were collected. We are doing our route a day before the job, so our manager will contact both sides a day before collection and delivery to confirm 3 hours window time slot of arrival.
