If you accept our bid, this will give us access to your customer’s telephone number and address. We will then be able to arrange collection directly with them. This would simplify collection arrangements.

The website forbids us from giving any contact details prior to you booking us. This is their rule, not ours, so until you have booked the job (by paying the website deposit), we can only communicate this way. Sorry.
We are building a route to cover Bristol for this Tuesday & Wednesday, If you want us to collect and deliver by this Wednesday (guaranteed), it would be better to book the job as soon as possible, in order for us to fulfil the delivery promptly.
