I am having a bit of a nightmare with the seller, she is saying that she is having problems with eBay and PayPal. ( only let me know last night) She is a new customer to them,so policy is that they are holding my payment to her in their account and won’t release until the 27th April!
I have phoned delivery quote office to Inform them and I am still waiting for a call back, but I wanted to let you know ASAP.
She seems very nervous saying that the trampoline might be damaged in transit and she would be liable. I have explained to her that you are insured and that you have 5 star reviews. She seems to be very nervous but I am in the middle of this,so it looks like I will have to rebook it after the 27th when the money has cleared.
I am so sorry about this but she won’t let it go until she receives payment.
I would like to rebook through you, because of the communication we have had if you are free and not too annoyed. I don’t know what else to do.
