- flexible collection and delivery basis unless otherwise specified in messages with you
- delivery within 3 - 4 days after pick - up
- we accept COD, Paypal and BACS as payment methods
- ground to ground floor delivery. Ground to ground floor move only for the Pianos!

I will ask though for the statues to be properly packed if they are very fragile,ok? Ask the collection guy if he can either box or bubble wrap.
