Response: Hi, I would deliver tomorrow evening. Probably at 5-8pm, I would give more accurate eta tomorrow as driving conditions quite harsh tomorrow.
Roughly, how many planks are there? Also, my van is 3.4 meters long, I wouldn't be able to pick up longer than 3.4m planks.

Question: I have booked the delivery, do you know what time you would collect tomorrow? As I can help load in the van if it's before 12. There are three planks but these are packaged together as one parcel. They are just over 3m long so they will fit in your van.
