Some more details:

I will ask the seller on ebay about the arrangements at their end.

We are looking for a complete service - i.e. we are not going to help. Equally, I wouldn't like to rely on the ebay seller to help. Therefore, I suspect you will need more than one person as the wardrobe is sizable. We would like the wardrobe to be in the bedroom before you leave, which will mean carrying it through the flat.

At my end, the flat is on two levels (ground and lower ground). You can go down a small staircase outside (5/6 steps) to the lower ground floor. Alternatively, you can stay at ground level and go down the stairs internally, which is a full flight of stairs, but straight with no ceilings, etc, so plenty of room and easy to negotiate. In both cases, there is plenty of room, with double doors on entry, and adequate space to manoeuvre once inside. Total distance is about 30yds from the back of the van to the entrance, then about 20yds through the flat.

The wardrobe has 2 layers of drawers on the bottom, which can be removed for transport.

We can do it on Tuesday 2nd, but cannot guarantee that the collection will be in the morning as we have a route to follow. Please advise if it works for you and if it will be fully dismantled.

The wardrobe is an solid antique wardrobe, not flat pack. It will not be dismantled, but the top can be lifted off the base.

I just wanted to confirm all the arrangements. I've heard back from the seller and want to make sure we have everything agreed and recorded.

1) Collection on Friday morning, 2nd March, from SG6 1AD, approximate time to be confirmed on Thursday 1st March:
- collection from upstairs in a house.
- no help available - Tesla Couriers to provide all labour.
- parking available on the drive of the house.
- wardrobe is in two parts, top part wardrobe, bottom part drawers. No screws - top just lifts off of base.
2) Delivery to SE1 4TT
- delivery at any time on Friday, at Tesla Courier's convenience.
- parking inside gates of development, approx 30yds from flat entrance.
- delivery to spare room on lower ground floor of flat. Tesla Couriers to provide all labour.
- access is at ground level, with 8 steps down outside or a staircase inside the flat.

If all the above is acceptable, I'll inform the seller and confirm the quote.

Question: Hello, thank you. We can offer 2 men for 25 on top. I have updated the quote. It`s hard to predict the time at the moment as we have a route to follow. But our manager will contact the collection point a day before the job to confirm 3 hours window time slot of arrival and it can be during the day. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window.

I've emailed the seller just to check they are ok with the arrangement of a 3hr time slot. I don't think it will be a problem - they offered anytime on Friday. I will accept the quote as soon as I hear back.
