Question: Hi,
We can collect on Tuesday 30th and deliver on Wednesday 31st with a 2 man team. Please advise if it works for you and if both ends are ground floor.

Can you confirm the following..
- The fridge / freezer will be loaded in the lorry in upright position??

- Fully strapped and protected with blankets??

Question: Yes, it will be uploaded in the van in the upright position and during transportation we will cover it with blankets and fix with straps in order to avoid it moving.
Regarding the time - it is difficult to say at the moment as we have a route to follow. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window that works for all parts.
If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.

I have just made the deposit payment for the sum of £20.60 via Paypal. I will pay the driver the outstanding balance for the sum of £80.40 in cash on delivery..

Please make sure the driver on Tuesday 30th for collection to call John 30 mins before arriving so he can meet at the address.

For delivery on Wednesday 31st please TEXT me only as I am DEAF 20 mins before arriving.

I am a little confused..

Is Telsla Couriers same company as Steel Trans Ltd as I have got an email for confirmation...??

I have received a reply this morning from the seller, John and he confirmed he is availalble tomorrow and will get the fridge/freezer ready for collection. Driver must call him 30 mins before arriving as he not always at the property.
