Question: Hi,
I'm wanting to book you to move the piano as quoted but I just need to check the dates when the person who currently has it is able to have you call and collect, and the person you are delivering it to is able to be at home to receive it. So can I start with asking

1. Are you able to fit this in before Christmas or will it now have to wait until January?

2. If you can do it this week would you be looking to collect and deliver on the same day?
