The job is to collect an upright piano from my mother who is in her 70s and would not be able to help, although she would try, she shouldn’t. So I think there should be two people. Both houses are on the ground floor although there is one small step at my Mums house.

With 2 man team we can collect on Monday 20th (in that area with 2 man team we are available rarely), delivery will be within 5, 7 business days. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window that works for all parts.

It is difficult to give an timeframe at the moment. I will leave a note to our manager with this timeframe and she will take into consideration when will schedule the route. Anyway, a day before collection we will contact him directly to confirm the time slot that will work for us both, don't worry, we will not come if no one is available.
