Ok, we can collect on Tuesday and deliver within 1,2 business days. I will leave a note to our manager with your preferred collection/delivery time and she will take it into consideration when will schedule the route. She will contact both ends a day before to provide the 3 hours slot time window. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.

I am not sure there will be someone at the collection end to help but there will be at the delivery address. It's not that big a chair so I expect should be fine.

Thank you for all these details. Please let us know the contact details from pick up and drop off ends. And, contact DQC support to confirm all the details, so we can receive the confirmation email from them.
Once we receive it, we will update the info in our database system and will take care of the rest.

After an order is completed, we receive some details from DQC, such like your contact phone number and email address, but in your case we didn't receive them and just to check the reason why.
