Question: Hi Emma, would you like to be delivered on Aug 1st, or collected? We can deliver on Monday 31st. Is this ok for you? Regarding our feedback, you can read them directly on this site. Don't worry, we are a serious company and will do our best to make you happy.
Once you have the confirmation, go ahead, accept the quote, pay the deposit and provide the complete collection and delivery addresses.

Sorry, how do i accept the quote? Is it somewhere on this site or you mean just write to you saying I accept it? I am on my mobile and it's not very easy to navigate this site from a mobile phone so sorry if I am missing something. Emma

Question: Emma, sorry for this confusion situation. Just to confirm we both are on the same page: would you like the collection to be this week and delivery on Aug 31st? Would you like the sofa to be kept into our storage for one month? Or we can collect few days before and deliver on Aug 31st.
Let us know when is more convenient for you.

Monday 31st August is in 8 days.. not sure where one month is coming from?

You could collect it any day this week and deliver it to me in Hove on 31st August.. would that be £120, yes?

Question: Emma, for storage it will be additional charge. Please confirm if it's convenient for you, otherwise we can collect several days before 31st August.
Also confirm if are there any stairs involved and if help will be available at both ends.

Response: Please can you confirm cost for collection and delivery on Monday 31st August? There will be one person to help at both ends. No stairs this end as there is a lift. I am waiting for confirmation from the other end. Thanks

Question: 120 is our best quote including the deposit to site with 1 driver from ground floor to ground floor. We can deliver on 31 August as requested, but it's not on Monday, but Thursday. What about collection as we can't do collection and delivery on the same day. Please confirm the dates.

Is that ok? Unless you can do saturday 28th or sunday 30th July? Those dates would be better.

You can collect any time from now but I don't want to pay extra for storage so when would you prefer to collect?

Response: the seller is living at 3 The Beeches. Polesworth, B78 1LU. You can contact them on 07539014520. They will arrange for the sofa to be brought downstairs so that you do not have to go upstairs but you will need to liase with her if you need one or two people to carry the sofa into the van.
Please confirm with me when you will be collecting from them once arranged.
Delivery address is Flat 9, 87 The Drive, Hove, BN3 6FY. I will be there to help with this and there are no stairs to be tackled.
